Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Class attendance tracker app published by WolfWareLabs LLC. By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
What the app is
The app helps you remember and record weekly class attendance. It is a personal reminder and record-keeping tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official record of LRS Systems, any court, or any counselling provider. Your official attendance record is kept by your provider, and you remain responsible for meeting your program's requirements.
Schedule accuracy
The class schedule in the app is maintained by hand from the public LRS calendar and may lag behind changes. Always confirm times on the provider's portal before relying on a reminder.
Subscriptions
- Access to the app requires an auto-renewable subscription: weekly, monthly, six-monthly, or yearly, at the price shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy.
Your account
Sign in with Apple is optional. Signing out, or "Reset all data" in Settings, removes the account and all local data from the device. Because we keep no server copy, deleting the app permanently deletes your data.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to misrepresent attendance to any authority. Notes you write are for your own reference.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, WolfWareLabs LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for missed classes, missed reminders, or any consequence of relying on the app.
