Privacy Policy
Class attendance tracker ("the app") is published by WolfWareLabs LLC. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: everything you enter stays on your device, and we do not run a server that receives it.
Information stored on your device
- Your name (used only for the in-app greeting), class group, language and delivery preferences.
- Your program size and attendance history, including dates and any notes you write.
- If you use Sign in with Apple: the stable user identifier Apple assigns to the app, and the name and email Apple shares (you can hide your email at sign-in).
- A cached copy of your subscription status so the app works offline.
This data is stored in the app's private storage on your device. It is not uploaded to us. Deleting the app, or using "Reset all data" in Settings, removes it.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, location, contacts, or usage tracking. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Notifications
Class reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No push server is involved and no notification content leaves the device.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive only the anonymized transaction data Apple provides to developers; we never see your payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to the purchase itself.
The LRS portal
The Portal tab opens portal.lrssystems.com inside the app. Anything you do there (logging in, viewing the calendar) is governed by LRS Systems' own policies. We do not read or store what you enter on that site.
Children
The app is intended for adults enrolled in court-mandated or counselling programs and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted at this address with an updated effective date.
